Fundamentals of Basic Cutting with Jonathan Williams

Get back to the basics with the fundamentals of haircutting taught by Davines’ elite educator, Jonathan Williams. With this class you will learn through demonstration and hands-on techniques the basic cuts that have evolved hairstyles as we see them today. Throughout this class, Jonathan will take the stylist on how to service a client from start to finish… initial consultation, product choices, blow drying styles, finishing and ultimately rebooking.

This exciting workshop will cover 5 or more useable color techniques. You'll experience simple, time effective techniques that will have your clients handing out your business cards all over town. You will be set aside from your competition by understanding how to formulate and make color placement choices based on skin tone, face shapes and lifestyle. The morning session will offer theory and demonstration. The afternoon will be a hands-on experience to put the morning information into practice. Mannequins provided. This class will be conducted by David Foote. David is a five time award winning hair color educator. He is a nationally recognized technical platform artist and lecturer.
