Why Apply 3 Layers:
The first layer acts as a base. The second layer gives you color that stays on the surface. The third layer acts as a barrier and ensures the color is long wearing and allows the textured powders to fill the micro wrinkles for a smooth and flawless result.

LAYER 1 Acts as base layer while formula absorbs into lip epidermis. Active volumizing ingredients boosts lip volume over time and textured powder instantly fills micro wrinkles and fine lines.

LAYER 2 Color stays on surface of lips providing long lasting ultra-pigmented color.

LAYER 3 Creates barrier to enhance longwear, first layer to transfer on food & drink. Fills in micro wrinkles.

 *Other matte lip formulas cannot be applied using the three layer technique as it creates a flaking and drying build-up on the lips. **No lip liner is required.

How to apply:
1. Apply product on clean, dry lips. (Exfoliate for best results).
2. Line the lips first with the tip of the applicator.
3. Fill in the rest of the lip with the flat side of the applicator and wait 10 seconds to dry. Do not rub lips together during this process.
4. Do two more layers, letting it dry each time. This will ensure lip color will stay on after 3 meals and the micro powder fillers smooth out fine lines on the lip.
5. Blot with a tissue to remove excess product.
6. (OPTIONAL) If your lips need extra moisture, or you prefer a shine or glossy finish, use your favorite lip balm or gloss over the formula.

To remove:
Use tissue or cotton pad with makeup remover, Vaseline or any oil based products
